PART TIME DELIVERY DRIVER

Stellwagen Beer Co. is looking for a part time delivery driver who is 18+, with a clean record and is able to drive a large cargo van. Deliveries are made throughout the South Shore and Greater Boston area.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide exceptional customer service by delivering goods in a professional and courteous manner

• Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to designated locations in all weather condition

• Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries

• Load and unload goods from the vehicle using appropriate equipment, such as pallet jacks, forklifts, 2 wheel dollys, or manual labor

• Verify the accuracy of delivery orders and ensure all items are accounted for

• Maintain accurate records of deliveries

• Oversee maintenance and status of delivery vehicle

• Complete 20+ deliveries a day

• Monitor and merchandise beer at accounts

   

SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Must be 18+

• Ability to safely operate and navigate various types of vehicles, including trucks or vans

• Strong time management skills to ensure timely deliveries

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to use delivery software on a tablet

• Ability to lift 130+ lbs

• Use of Hand Truck
  

  Note: Experience with route driving, courier services, warehouse operations, pallet jacks, tractor-trailers, forklifts, and manual transmission vehicles is preferred but not required.

SCHEDULE:

• 8-hour day shifts

• Wednesdays & Thursdays

Expected Hours: 12-16  per week

Pay: From $18.00 Per Hour
